All prints come in a limited edition and are hand-signed, numbered and embossed. Artist Proofs (AP) copies are produced to test the print’s quality. Prints are produced by The Printspace or Metro Imaging - high-end printing labs in London E2 and EC1, using the highest-quality giclée printing methods on the finest archival papers. If you can’t find the image you’re looking for in the galleries, or if you require a digital image for personal or commercial use, please contact me.

Paper

The paper I currently use is Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308gsm - one of the most popular media for artwork and photography. A heavy-duty matt paper made of 100% cotton rag with a natural white tone and superb black saturation. It has a subtle fibrous finish with understated colours, giving photographic reproductions an organic look and feel. This type of paper is delicate and easily scratched if not properly handled. If you would like to frame your print, I recommend relying on a professional framer who knows how to handle archival papers.

Print Sizes

All dimensions stated for each print refer to the paper size. Every print is produced with a white border of a minimum of 1 inch (25.4 mm) top and bottom, with 1 and a 1/4 inch (31.7 mm) on each side, depending on the print and image size. If you require a specific size border, please contact me.

Framing

Prints are shipped unframed. If you are interested in having your print framed, I can provide numerous options for wooden frames, matting, shadowboxing and acrylic face mounting. I work exclusively with Leonard Villa Framing in Kings Cross. Lead times will vary.

Packaging & Shipping

Prints are carefully wrapped, rolled and posted in protective tubes for safe and secure delivery. Orders take approximately 10 working days to produce. Once your print is ready it will be sent via Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 Hour Service. If you are based outside the UK, please allow a few additional days. I will email you with a tracking reference number once the package is on its way.

Delivery in the UK is free of charge. Overseas shipping is calculated at checkout.

All prices are exempt from UK VAT. Customers based outside the UK may incur import duties when the parcel arrives in their own country. Please note that payment of these duties is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

If you would like to return your Print, you can do so at any time up to 14 days from the date of receipt. Prints must be returned in a saleable condition. Returned prints that have marks caused by poor handling will not be accepted. A full refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned item will be issued, however, delivery costs are non-refundable. To arrange a return, please contact me - info@pfandango.com
